Cashmere & Pearls LLC is pleased to offer you the finest and most unique in fashion accessory wear. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it for an exchange or refund within 15 days. Please email us at customer service@mycashmereandpearls.com to request a Return Authorization before returning an item. Ensure your return item(s) is unworn, with tags attached and in the original packaging.

You must pay the shipping of your return/exchange. There is no restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable unless your fashion accessory is received damaged. In the unfortunate event you do receive a damaged item, please notify our company immediately and we will arrange to have the item returned to us at no expense to you.

Refunds are issued in the original method of payment.
